The Trust and Dham

The Trust was formed exclusively to develop the only Punya Kshetra for Arya Vysyas and to spread global awareness of Goddess Vasavi Mata’s significance, Story and Birth Place.


Aims & objectives of the Trust


1. To develop Penugonda on par with Kasi, Tirumala, Annavaram,Bhadrachalam, Simhachalam etc.,
2. To provide accommodation, free food, free Hostels and Hospitals
3. To build Vasavi Rishi Gothra Suvarna Mandir.
4. To install world's tallest 90 ft. tall Panchaloha idol of Matha Vasavi.In the sanctum sanctorum of Vasavi Rishi Gothra Suvarna Mandir
5. To preach & spread the principles of non-violence, love, peace and sacrifice amongst the to the world.
6. To inspire Vysyas spread all over the world to visit Penugonda at least once during their life time.
7. To finalise the history of Penugonda & Pooja vidhanas, Astothara /Sahasra Namavali of Vasavi and to adopt the same in all Vasavi Temples worldwide.
8. To start Veda Patasala, Guru Peetam, Educational Institutions, up todeemed University, Old Age Home, Widow rehabilitation Centre.
9.To perform free Marriages and To setup libraries for in depth study of Vasavi charithra etc.,



Projects Under Construction



90 Ft High Pancha Loha Idol

90 Ft high Pancha Loha idol, the tallest of its kind in the world, will be installed within this 185 ft high Rishi Gotra Mandir. Idol is made with Gold, Silver, Copper, Tin & Zinc. Idol making has already begun. This idol will be installed in the 185 ft. high Golden Temple. Bramhanda Kiranas emitting from this sacred idol will fulfill the ambitions of the devotees. Devotees have rare opportunity to partake by liberal contributions. This 90 ft. tall Panchaloha idol weighs around 40 tons and Nijapaadas(holy feet) ,which were installed on August 27, 2016, alone weigh 1.55 tons. The whole idol will be goldplated.

Vasavi Suvarna Rishi Gotra Mandir

Central to Vasavi Shanthi Dham is the 185 Ft high Vasavi Suvarna Rishi Gotra Mandir featuring 102 Rishi Gothra Stambhas. These will be erected symbolising 102 Gothras, along with the respective Gothraja Couple who entered Agni pravesham along with Matha Vasavi. This has been beautifully written and described by Sri Bhagavan Veda Vyasa Maharshi in KANYAKA PURANAM which comes in ‘OORUJOPAAKHYAANA’ of SKAANDA PURANA. Corresponding verse with respect to each Gothra will be inscribed in multiple languages on the respective Rishi Gothra Stambha.

VIP Block and Board Room

The VIP Room Block is a set of Thirteen 3-Star Level State of the Art suite rooms that will be air conditioned and feature modern amenities. The VIP Room Block will have elevator access and also feature a Modern Board Room for the trust's meetings and activities. This project is expected to be completed by Sep-Oct 2018 timeframe.

AsthaBhuja Pushkarini with Musical Fountain

The Astha Bhuja Pushkarini is modeled on the lines of an Eight Petaled Lotus and thus the name Astha Bhuja (Eight Petals or Eight Shoulders). It also features a musical fountain that jives to devotional tunes. Teppotsavam for Goddess Vasavi is done here during various festive ceremonies.

Subharam Nityannadana Hall

The Subharam Nityannadana Hall can cater to over 100 people in a single sitting and has been serving free meals to devotees since it was opened. Over one crore meals have been served at the Nityannadana Hall. It was one of the first projects to be completed.

102 Crore Vasavi Nama Likhita Yagna Stupam

As the name suggests, the 102 Crore Vasavi Nama Likhita Yagna Stupam features contains actual booklets containing the names of Vasavi written 102 Crore times by actual devotees. The Stupam buzzes with the very essence of her name To date , books with over 60 lakh inscriptions of Goddess Vasavi’s name: Om Vasavambayay Namaha, have been deposited into the Stupa.

Vasavi Mandir

Vasavi Mandir is home to a marble idol of Goddess Vasavi. Over 10 Arjitha Sevas performed on a daily basis including GoPuja, DampatiPuja, Kumkumarchana, Abhishekam, Teppotsavam, Deepotsavam, Homas etc. on special occasions. The Mandir is also home to Vasavi Chakram and Sri Chakram and nitya poojas are performed. Special Alankaras are performed to the Goddess to fulfil devotees desires to see her in all her splendor.

Navagraha Dampathis at Navagraha Vanam

The Navagraha Dampathis are unique compared to what you will find in a normal Indian Temple. Here, a separate temple has been built for each of the Navagraha Devathas – Surya, Chandra, Mangala, Budha, Guru, Shukra, Shani, Rahu and Ketu. More importantly, they are present alongside their consorts or wives. Temples for Consorts of Navagrahas are very rarely found in India.

Vasavi Homa Kundam

The Homa Kundam is where homas and other holy ceremonies are performed for regular homas. The Homa Kundam is quite large is capable of supporting large ceremonies that are to be done on a huge scale. At least 20 couples can seat themselves comfortably and homas are performed on a daily basis.

Free Hospital

Philanthropy is at the heart of what we stand for. With this in mind, a Free hospital has been built to cater to the people of Penugonda. The hospital features consulting doctors who treat common ailments and other ailments. Consultation and medicines are dispensed free of cost.

Free Kalyana Mantap

The Free Wedding Hall at Vasavi Dham to provide eligible devotees and eligible Arya Vysyas a free hall to perform their wedding ceremonies under the abode of Goddess Vasavi. It houses close to 10 rooms and is attached to the Nityannadana Hall (dining hall) and kitchen making it a full fledged wedding hall with ability to cater to good size weddings. Those eligible Arya Vysyas who desire to get married at Vasavi Shanthi Dham, the Trust provides a free mangalyam ( of upto 5 Grams Gold), free dresses for the groom, free sarees for the Bride and free food for over 300 people. In the days to come, the trust plans to perform mass marriages at the Kalyan Mantap

Fully furnished AC Suites, AC Rooms, Double Rooms & Dormitories

The Dham’s Accommodation Complex houses over 40 rooms and 3 dormitories. Most of the rooms are air-conditioned. Drop Telephone in the amenities list and add the following: An Additional block of VIP Rooms along with a Board Room and Pantry is expected to be completed by January 2017.

Vasavi Agni Kundam

Artistically modeled with flames around it, the Agni Kundam is a symbolic depiction of the sacrificial fire of Goddess Vasavi. Devotees can offer Havis in the days to come.

Suvarna Addala Mandapam

The Suvarna Addala Mandapam or Golden Mirror Minaret is a one of its kind sanctuary built to depict scenes from the life of Goddess Vasavi in a colorful and engaging manner. The Mandapam features Guru Bhaskaracharya, Goddess Vasavi’s Parents as well as a model of the 102 feet High Suvarna Rishi Gotra Mandir with a special light and mirror show to enchant us. The Addala Mandapam is made from chequered glass. Over 57600 devotees have visited this since its opening in 2008.

Pavitra Vasavi Snana Ghattam

The Snana Ghattam or Bathing Ghats as they are known are modeled on the lines of the Pana Nasanam bathing ghats of Tirumala. Artistically built to simulate the feeling of bathing under a natural waterfall or fountain, it evokes the divinity within us. The Snana Ghattam was consecrated with water from the 7 Seas (Sapta Sagaras) and 30 Rivers. It has separate changing rooms are provided for Men and Women. During the recent Godavari Pushkaras, over 50,000 devotees have taken a holy bath here.

Free Hostel

This facility is for poor rural students, who find it difficult to continue to their education due to lack of financial support from parents. With proper guidance and education, we feel the students would be able to mould their future and have a better standard of living.

25,000 Litre Capacity Water Tank

This massive water tank has been installed at Vasavi Shanthi Dham. This is used for drinking and cooking purposes only. Care has been taken that not a single drop of water passes out of the premises.

50 KW Solar Power Plant

The Trust has taken the pioneering initiative to install a 50 KW Solar Plant. This would generate 70,000 units of electricity per year and help in the saving Rs 7.70 lakh in electricity cost per year. This is one of the best ways of imparting the value of conserving nature and reduce our institution's carbon footprint.
